By accessing the public Edspress placeholder site, you agree to these Terms of Service. The live site currently provides marketing and legal information only.

Eligibility

The public placeholder is intended for general informational use by educators, schools, partners, and other visitors.

Hosted product status

These terms apply to the public placeholder site. They do not by themselves grant access to a hosted teacher or student product environment because the app and API are not publicly deployed in the default operating model.

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of materials you create using Edspress. Edspress grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform. The Edspress platform, including its software, design, and underlying technology, remains the property of Edspress.

Third-Party Services

The placeholder site may rely on standard hosting, DNS, and analytics-related vendors. Your use of third-party services remains governed by their own terms.

Edspress is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Edspress at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
